Experience and discover the museums of Winterthur with the Winterthur museum pass: CHF 20.00 for 1 day (excluding Technorama and Kyburg), CHF 30.00 for 2 days (excluding Kyburg). The museum pass is available at Winterthur Tourismus or at the museums.
Use of the special museum bus is included in the museum pass. The museum bus serves the following museums: Oskar Reinhart am Stadtgarten, Kunstmuseum (Museum of Art), Oskar Reinhart am Römerholz. Winterthur » Collection Oskar Reinhart "Am Römerholz"
The two collections of Oskar Reinhart are merged temporarily at the Museum "Oskar Reinhart am Stadtgarten" as the museum "Oskar Reinhart am Römerholz" is closed due to renovation.
The museum will be closed during the second reconstruction phase from 14th December 2008 until 31st October 2010. The world-famous paintings will be exhibited in the Museum Oskar Reinhart am Stadtgarten until 1st August 2010.

Since 1951 the former grammar school at the city park houses around 600 pictures and drawings by Swiss, German and Austrian artists. We owe this to the Winterthur art patron Oskar Reinhart.

The museum is closed due to the extensive reconstruction
From 24th November 2008 the museum will be closed completely due to reconstruction work. It is expected that the extension will reopen on 26th March 2010 and the old building with the presentation of the collection on 31st October 2010.
